KGC - tepuk tepuk!tepuk menyampah!

Ah..now im finally writing something other than my doodles..yup..im leaving my doodles aside for today cuz of got more important things to do...yup..KGC..whats dat?well..KGC is actually..Kem Guar Chenderai..yup u guessed it dats da NS camp i was sent to..and NO its no in a bloody cave..its guar not gua..ill be writing about it..pictures..not much..but got also..for da first half of the camp i did not bring my camera..so..no pictures..

and the first half is da one with all the fun stuff...yup..but anyways..lets just get started le shall we?

Humble Beginnings

ok this is how it started..somewhere before SPM..i knew that i got selected for NS already but no idea where i wud be sent to..but i did not bother to go check cuz i was too lazy..er...dats just me..but after sometime..my friend, yi-wen called me..ah..he's got a pretty big part to play later on dat fella..anyways..he called me..

on the phone*

yi-wen : hey do you know which camp you got d?

me : no ar..got d meh?go check for me can ar?

yi-wen : need IC wan la..u go check la..i give u the website u come online now..

me : okay..

goes online to check..it was hard to get into da lame website cuz da traffic was horrible that time..but i got in eventually..so i entered my IC..then it says TAHNIAH..yea dat bullshit..anyways..soon i found out dat i wud be sent all da way north..to Perlis..a camp called..Kem Guar Chenderai..yupyup..so i called yi-wen back..

on the phone*
me : hey i got KGC..

yi-wen : what REALLY!?

me : yea la..same ar?

yi-wen : yea!same camp..so far we both same camp nia..

me :oh cool!!so how about the rest..joel, mou jian, eiven, daniel..where they all heading??

yi-wen : joel goin to BM..moujian,daniel and eiven(eventually sent to Kedah) are going to balik pulau..

me : aiyo..all so near..haih..

yi-wen : nvm la..at least got FRIEND can d MARRR... (readers..remember what he said har)

me : yea yea.. =D

yi-wen : =D

few weeks before SPM..

yi-wen : eh i think im not going to NS d ler..registering for college d..

me : WTF?!

yi-wen : aiya..see how first la..

me : WTF?!
a few days before SPM..

yi-wen : k im definitely not going NS d..registered for Inti d..

me : WTF?!

yi-wen : if u wan me to go then u have to pay for me da registration fee i used for Inti la..

me : WTF?!

after dat..i started smacking him wheneva i see him..in school or in tuition..bloody fool!grrr

anyways..soon SPM was ever and da december break ended..and i was on my way to KGC..

Humble Beginnings part 2!

okay i left from Pisa..it was a very sad day..yes it was..but my friends still came to send me off..what a good bunch monkeys..gaahahaha..anyways..i got no friends when i was in da bus..so i had to sit with some random chinese fella..on the way there..they played a very very horrible bollywood movie..i cant remember what it was called..but in the story..somebody's daughter which is like 5 or 6 years old?got raped..WTF?!then his father was out for revenge..then theres those really intense fighting..where ppl flew and lotsa blood..explosions..stuff like that..bollywood stuff le..but it was sick still..

anyways..soon i got there..in like 3 hours?haha..when i first got there..wah..felt like crap..i had to register and do everything myself..i had no friends..no one to talk to..no one to ask..so its like..SURVIVOR : PERLIS..most of da ppl there look like orang asli..so im like freaking out..but it was okay..slowly i tried to blend in..

Blending In

after that we were sent to our dorms..we were distributed randomly le..guys had 8 dorms..gals also had 8 dorms..but nobody knows what goes on in the gals dorm area..cuz guys are not allowed there..but anyways..i got sent to L3..so its da 3rd dorm..the 'L' stands for lelaki..so if its for da gals..its P3 or P4 for example..so then i entered my dorm..and i made my first friend..chinese fella..his name was Ping Wei,Perlis,chinese ed..he looked nerdy..but he seemed like an okay fella..i can still rmb da first convo..

ping wei : (something in mandarin dat says 'are you from penang?')

me : err..can speak hokkien ar?

ping wei : haha..can can..are you from penang

me : oh haha..yea i am..

so it was..embarassment for me..so early on in camp..anyways..soon i got to mix with a lot more people..but everyone there in my camp was..chinese educated..so its like mandarin everywhere i go..except for a couple..SXI fellas..which are cool fellas to mix with..a very talented couple i wud say...beatboxing..shuffling...playing guitar..uh huh..things like that..impressive eh..

then it took time la..things like blending in..soon i got more and more friends..after a while i start to blend in with da doods from my dorm..3 chinese..1 indian and a heck lot of malays..orite orite..im gonna do a little something bout the guys in my dorm..

looky all them trees..yup this is my padang kawad..and also where we kumpul every morning to sing da anthems..theres a volleyball court,futsal court,takraw court and a football field behind..behind me..is the basketball court.. =)
