today's band - Matchbox 20

when did YOU first listen to songs?and when i mean songs..i mean..'song' songs..not 'twinke twinke little star' songs..yea..ever wondered when was it?well i bet it was long long time ago..we are all teenagers..music plays a very important role in our lives..tell me one teenager dat sez dat music isnt important to him or her..if there really is one..then i certainly dont wanna meet that fella..cuz he has gotta be some sort of being not frm earth..so take him or her away from me..

anyways..todays post is bout a band dat ive been listening back when i was like very little..Matchbox 20..the band was formed in da 96'..dats a long time ago..and da band is still together..til today..dats what i like bout bands back then..they just stick together..for a really long time..bands these days..get separated too easily..but matchbox 20 has been together..til today..i think dats just awesome..in the 12 years they been together they made 4 albums..their first album 'yourself or someone like you' went diamond, their second album 'mad season' went quad platinum, third album 'more than you think you are' went double platinum and their latest album 'exile on mainstream' is currently gold..so u see..this is quite a band..
but if u guys still have no clue who matchbox 20 is..well..here are a few songs that they are famous for :-

but of all da songs stated above..i think da song dat u guys have heard of is prolly 'unwell'..cuz as far as i can rmb..dats da only one dat got it into da tele..so im sure u guys have watched da MV..but still..they are a cool band dat make good music..so if u guys wanna knw more bout them..u can ask me..i can intro u guys some of their songs..or u guys cud just look them up on wiki or somethin..

anyways..da lead vocalist, Rob Thomas did went solo for a while..and made a couple of great songs..to me..he has a unique voice that stands out frm the rest..and if u ever play a MBT song..id knw its him..=D..heres a few pics of da band and also the albums they have made..do comment..tho i knw very little will..but one is still a number..thanks guys =D
