Okay, heres the thing. Everyone has obviously tried to straighten you up. They used words, oh sweet sweet words. Well some arent very sweet. Some resort to harsher words in order to wake you up but heck, how the hell does that work? well, to them, its the intention and thoughts that counts. Trust me, they mean good and they'ed only take that alternative cuz they absolutely love and care bout'cha. Then there are those who has pledged to always hear you out and use a softer approach to cheer ya up, these guys has the same intention too.
I've been down that path before and I've met so many of those kinda people. I've had people shouting sense into me and those using the softer approach but heckk!! It'd never work! I would be like, "Uh, you don't understand. You're not in my shoes, you wouldn't know how awful I feel.". Then there are times where I'd go, "I cant take it, i cant take it!" but look at me now, still alive and kicking! So what I'm trying to say here is, yes you're gonna be sad but EVENTUALLY, you're going to go back to being who you are. Yes, the scar will be there but hell, if we don't have scars like this then we aren't human! I use to think scars like this will effect me forever but no, it doesn't. A year ago I was the sorriest piece of garbage in the world(well thats what I thought), but after a while I thought to myself, "Hey, I'm better than that!". Thats what I am now!
And at this point, YOU know that no one can help you except YOURSELF. People waste their money to get professional help, well thats just a waste of time. Its YOUR life, YOU call the shots. Only YOU can decide when you want to be happy and when you want to be sad. You don't have to pay money to get help, theres a lot of people that would do it for free, these people are called Friends. In fact when you get help from professional help, its like telling a stranger your vulnerable secrets, oh how awkward would that be. Tell a friend instead! A real friend will never give up on you. Yes, you're going to be whiny and annoying but a real friend will always be there to listen. No one will give up on you as long as YOU dont give up on YOURSELF. Ive said it before, who needs guys?! I don't! so why should you?! *clap clap*
If you want help, I've got a much cheaper alternative : Music. Step one, take away all your sappy love songs. You don't need that anymore! Only 14 year olds need love songs. To me love songs are pretty gay so why bother listening to them? Listen to something else, If you ask me, Ive got this one song that can really cheer anyone up. Click HERE if you're interested. Its Monty Python's "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life". Its quite hard to be sad when listening to this happy tune. Hehe!
I'm almost done with my essay, so bare with me yea. I'm not asking you to forget the guy, in fact its almost impossible to do that. At the moment, you don't have control of your life so now its time to put your hands back on the steering wheel. Put the memories behind you first, do not erase them but just put them behind you. In the future, you can take it out then you laugh bout it. Its easier said than done I know but I would recommend that listen to the song I just said earlier. Hehe. I'll put down the lyrics at the bottom, its nicely written so read it. It helps!
Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this'll help things turn out for the best...
And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...
If life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing.
When you're feeling in the dumps
Don't be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and whistle - that's the thing.
And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...
For life is quite absurd
And death's the final word
You must always face the curtain with a bow.
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.
So always look on the bright side of death
Just before you draw your terminal breath
Life's a piece of shit
When you look at it
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true.
You'll see it's all a show
Keep 'em laughing as you go
Just remember that the last laugh is on you.
And always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the right side of life...
(Come on guys, cheer up!)
Always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the bright side of life...
(Worse things happen at sea, you know.)
Always look on the bright side of life...
(I mean - what have you got to lose?)
(You know, you come from nothing - you're going back to nothing.
What have you lost? Nothing!)
Always look on the right side of life...
cyen/tristan - anyone that wants this song, ask me for it on MSN. An Awesome Song
P.S : Losing a boyfriend or a girlfriend or even a wife or a husband is okay, as long as you can get urself back on track everything would piece up back together.
BUT, losing a friend would be much worse. Friends are forever. Its times like this that helps you filter out those who really care for you and those were just hanging around with you!
